Here are some frequently asked questions regarding account information. If you don’t find the answer to your question – please contact us.
How can I upgrade (or downgrade) my listing plan?
Navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab of your account information above. Find your subscription plan and click view. From here you can choose a different plan.
How can I cancel (or reactivate) my listing plan?
Navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab of your account information above. Find your subscription plan and click view. From here you can cancel or reactivate.
How can I edit my listing profile?
Navigate to the “MT Venues & Vendors” tab or “MT Bridal Fairs & Expos” tab of your account above. Find your listing and click the edit button. From here you can change the information and/or photos in your listing.
Why is my listing not published yet?
Once you submit a listing, we will review it and publish within 24 hours. Or we may request changes via email before we publish it – so be sure to check your email!
How do I delete a listing?
We understand there may be times you’ll need to delete your listing from our website. Please contact us for help deleting your listing.
