Do you actually NEED a coordinator?

Technically, no. However! A LOT of time, effort, energy, and let’s not forget money, has gone into planning this magical day and you and your families deserve to enjoy it. That’s where I come in. I will take care of all the last-minute details that arise so that you are able to relax knowing that your wedding vision will come to life.

What does wedding day coordination and management mean, exactly?

I will meet with you prior to the actual day to gather information and details so I can be the point person for you, ensuring that everything goes smoothly as well as be able to properly execute your wedding day vision. I work with you to gather all the information & details for your big day, confirm times with all vendors, and create a timeline. You’ve done most of the planning yourselves, but I will help you finalize everything and ensure that your wedding day vision comes to life.

Ok, you've booked your wedding with Bitterroot and Blue. Now what?

I like to start the coordination process about three months prior to your wedding day. We will schedule a few face-to-face meetings (if you’re in the Billings area, otherwise we can chat over the phone or Zoom) so I can collect information from you. This allows me to ensure I have all the necessary details of your wedding day to give you peace of mind and enjoy the day while I handle the rest!

Who will be our onsite coordinator on the day of our wedding?

Me! When you book Bitterroot and Blue, you get me, Sarah Varley. I run my business efficiently don’t say yes to coordinating your wedding unless I can personally be there to run the show!

What is a pop-up wedding?

A Pop-Up Wedding is an all-inclusive wedding concept where the date, venue, and decor is preselected for you. The cost is kept to a minimum by sharing the date with up to four other couples. You will be able to select the time you want and then you, your fiance and up to 25 of your closest friends and family members show up to celebrate! Each couple will have an hour and a half at the venue which includes the ceremony, mini reception, grand exit, and a 30-minute private photo session.
