- Lite plans - are always free and never expire. However, we reserve the right to delete any outdated information/listings.
- Monthly plans - fees are charged at the beginning of each month. You can cancel/downgrade anytime; however, we will not provide refunds for the fees paid. Canceling will cancel the renewal. You can upgrade plans at any time and your fees will be prorated accordingly.
- Annual plans - fees are charged at the beginning of the term. You cancel/downgrade anytime; however, we will not provide refunds for the fees paid. Canceling will cancel the renewal. You can upgrade plans at any time and your fees will be prorated accordingly.
*Upgrading is considered moving from a 1) lite plan to a premier or featured plan 2) premier plan to a featured plan 3) free plan to a monthly or annual plan and 4) monthly plan to annual plan.
*Downgrading is considered moving from 1) featured or premier plan to a lite plan 2) featured plan to a premier plan 3) monthly or annual plan to a free plan and 4) annual to a monthly plan
*Cancelling is considered canceling any/all subscription plans for an existing listing. We reserve the right to keep a listing in our directory with general information and a stock photo.
Refund policy & termination of subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, we will not provide refunds for your current subscription. Canceling your subscription will cancel the renewal moving forward (after your current subscription period is complete).
Monthly plan fees - are non-refundable
Annual plan fees - are non-refundable
Upgrades - fees are prorated for the current plan and the upgraded plan.
Restrictions on use / copyright
When you submit your listing information with photos, you will be required to digitally sign and date that you agree to our copyright policy. Acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of the image(s) you are uploading or have permission from the copyright owner to upload the image(s).
